“I think Arsenal need fullbacks, I think they need another midfield player, you need cover for [Bukayo] Saka, and a number nine.
“If you go out and spend £80million on Toney there’s not a lot of change elsewhere, so I’m not quite sure if that’s the right thing to do.”
