Everton have begun moving to seal a second successive loan deal for Leeds United winger Jack Harrison this summer, according to the Daily Mirror.
The newspaper has reported in its print edition (pg 56, 21 May) that the Toffees are keen to retain the 27-year-old but cannot afford to do so permanently due to ongoing off-field financial issues, leading to the pursuit of another temporary transfer.
However, negotiations can only truly begin following the culmination of Leeds’ playoff final against Southampton on 26 May.

He averaged an xA (expected assists) tally of 0.13 per 90 in the competition, while connecting with 0.57 crosses per game overall [FotMob].
His 1.18 successful dribbles per 90 were also crucial in helping drag the Toffees up the pitch from their regular low block position, alleviating pressure and providing an outlet in attack.
Another low-cost loan deal for a player familiar with the Goodison Park surroundings could be a sensible move indeed.
