Everton target Jaden Philogene will decide on his future soon, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Italian journalist reported via X on Friday (5 July) that the Hull City winger is subject to interest from Ipswich Town, Crystal Palace and the Toffees.

Philogene has already confirmed that he will not be joining FC Barcelona, saying (Fabrizio Romano via X, 5 July), “I chose the Premier League because it is the clearest offer I have, but my dream is still La Liga”.

“Barça is my dream, I hope I can sign for them one day. My idols are Ronaldinho and Neymar”,

Will Everton sign Hull City winger Jaden Philogene?
It looks as if the forward will be heading to the Premier League one way or another this summer.

While any club looking to sign him might have some reservations based on the fact that he would still like to move to La Liga one day, that shouldn’t put clubs off entirely.

Philogene is a talented player who showcased his ability in the Championship last season, and it seems as if he is keen to make the step up to the top tier of English football.

If the Toffees have the finances to get a deal across the line, they should certainly try everything they can to do it.

Of the English clubs interested in a move for the 22-year-old, Everton are arguably the biggest.

While Crystal Palace might be an attractive proposition after the way they played toward the backend of last season, there is no reason why the Toffees should be blown out of the water by the Eagles.

Either way, it looks as if supporters won’t need to wait too much longer for a decision.
