Jhon Duran has made his demands clear to interested clubs including West Ham after Aston Villa opened the door for an exit this summer, according to HITC.
Writing on their website (10 July), the news outlet report that the Hammers have had bids rejected for the Colombia international but Unai Emery has told him that he isn’t in the club’s long-term plans and he is now considering his options.
Those include Serie A giants AC Milan, Napoli and Roma as well as West Ham, but the player is prioritising regular first-team football and they have all been made aware that he is carefully considering his next move.

It’s not a surprise that there is big interest in the 20-year-old forward because his potential is clearly very high, which is what convinced Aston Villa to splash the cash on him to begin with.
But playing back-up to Ollie Watkins is no easy task, and when you’re getting thrown into the team here and there it’s hard to build up any momentum and show your true quality.
At West Ham he would be surrounded by great quality in attack with the likes of Mohammed Kudus, Jarrod Bowen and Lucas Paqueta in the side, but he would also likely be the first-choice option for Julen Lopetegui.
Michail Antonio could well leave amid interest from the MLS and Saudi [The Athletic, 15 May] while Danny Ings has never been able to make an impact since joining 18 months ago.
That would leave Duran with a free run at making that number nine position his own in the long-term, but it’s down to Tim Steidten and Lopetegui to make the sell to the player and convince him that is the case.
