West Ham are desperate to keep Mohammed Kudus at the club past the end of the summer transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.
Kudus, 23, only joined the Irons last summer (2023) but is attracting interest from top English and European clubs after a stellar first season in the Premier League.
However, it is believed West Ham are prioritising keeping the forward at the London Stadium into the 2024-25 campaign.
Hammers boss Julen Lopetegui is keen to build his new-look side around the talents of the Ghana international.
Kudus has recently spoken out about links with a move away, claiming his “focus is getting prepared for the new season and then we’ll see how everything goes”.

He went on: “When I feel like I’m at a point where I’ve really killed it at a specific club and then there’s an opportunity, I would definitely challenge myself.
Nevertheless, sources say West Ham will not entertain offers for Kudus this summer.
He made 39 starts in 45 appearances in his first season at the London Stadium, hitting 14 goals and notching six assists.
The former Ajax star is under contract until June 2028 and the London club have the opportunity to extend that deal a further 12 months.
