Bryan King has urged John Textor to try and complete a takeover of Everton from Farhad Moshiri quickly after an agreement was signed.
The ex-Toffees scout urged the American businessman to get the job done quickly, with players and supporters said to be fed up with the ongoing situation.
Textor still needs to sell his shares in Crystal Palace before moving forward, but has entered an exclusivity period with Moshiri to complete the takeover [David Ornstein].
“There have been so many takeover attempts over the past year,” he exclusively told Goodison News.
“Is it serious? If he has got the money, you should be able to get it done quickly if you can match the fee that Farhad Moshiri wants.
“Let’s see the job done, because I think Everton supporters, players, the city and club are all getting fed up with all of this, one minute it’s on, one minute it’s not.
Either get the money paid in, get the current chairman out and start moving forward for Everton Football Club.

Unfortunately, the Crystal Palace shares are only going to drag out this whole process.
It has been shared that a full announcement is not yet close [BBC Sport] with numerous developments needed before that can happen.
Hopefully, everything can be ironed out sooner rather than later though, with years of uncertainty needing to be thrown out once Moshiri eventually leaves it all behind.
All eyes are on Textor and Goodison Park.
