It’s terrible news on the injury front for Rangers as they wait anxiously over the fitness of Neraysho Kasanwirjo. In action for the Dutch U21s side against England U21s, he went down after coming on as a sub, clearly in pain as he clutched his knee.
Dutch media, NOS, claim “He fell when he tried to get the ball under his foot and had to leave the field with what appeared to be a serious injury.” Kasanwirjo signed from Feyenoord in the summer and can play many positions across the back line.
Celtic academy product has ‘world class’ potential
Former Scotland boss Craig Levein reckons Celtic academy product Ben Doak can become ‘world class.’ The winger left the Hoops in 2022 for Liverpool and is on loan at Middlesbrough currently, shining for the national team this international break.
