However, this story from rugby star, Glasgow Warriors’ Duncan Weir, is hilarious as he shares how he took three of his teammates to Ibrox for one of Rangers’ biggest European nights in their history and they still turned into Celtic fans.

Weir told Superscoreboard, “So we’ve got three Argentine boys and a couple of years ago we managed to sneak them into the [Europa League] semi-final against RB Leipzig at Ibrox.
“Obviously, one of the best nights as a Rangers fan. And they were in they were singing all these songs.
“So he [Alexandro Bernabei] came to Glasgow. They’re all best mates with him all of a sudden and they’re going to his house for barbecues.
“And I’m like, ‘Boys, you can’t be jumping ship. You’re tied to Rangers. You were at, arguably the biggest night of the club’s history, with the best atmosphere that you could possibly dream of’.
“And now they’re going and swinging to Celtic games every other weekend. It was funny.
It just goes over their heads.
Celtic’s Scottish Premiership and Champions League season resumes
This Saturday sees the return of the Scottish Premiership fixtures as Celtic take on Hearts at Tynecastle.
Brendan Rodgers will be looking to resume his unbeaten start to the campaign with all three points to set his team up for the Champions League tie next week.
Club Brugge visits Celtic Park and if Rodgers can mastermind another win then Celtic will be in the driving seat to get out of the group via the play-off places.
This is a huge week for Celtic and, hopefully, the three new Argentinian fans will be cheering the Bhoys on to victory.
