Celtic’s unbeaten run on the domestic scene continues.
Brendan Rodgers has been here before – dominating in his first spell as manager – and now he is heading down that road once again.
On Saturday afternoon, Celtic beat Hibernian 3-0, days after seeing off second-placed Aberdeen and one week after scoring five in one half against Ross County.
Even the ardent fan would admit that the three points against Hibs wasn’t easy and the home side road their luck, yet they came out of that game as 3-0 winners.
You could say the same for the win at Tynecastle a fortnight ago, Celtic weren’t at their best during the 90 minutes, but they still managed to score four goals.
These are further signs of how good this team is and during that period many players have stepped up, with Kasper Schmeichel showing his worth this time around.

Schmeichel replaced Joe Hart in the summer and he had big shoes to fill given the great impact the Englishman made during the final few years of his career.
But Schmeichel has settled in brilliantly and he was at the top of his game against a confident Hibs side.
The away team had countless opportunities to score, including from one-v-one situations, but Schmeichel wasn’t going to be beaten and Alistair Johnston was singing his praises after the match.
Johnston stated ‘that’s why we pay him the big dollars’, but he had to correct himself after not giving his teammate enough credit.
It’s a difficult one, honestly,” said Johnston. “To get out there with 3-0, the scoreline probably deceives a little bit.
“This man (Kasper) made some big saves, especially early on. Even actually at the end too, what am I saying?! The whole 90 minutes he made some big saves for us and kept us in that.
“But that’s why we pay him the big dollars for, isn’t it?!
