On Thursday, Rangers beat Celtic 3-0 in a performance that shocked many and the cheers were pretty loud from those inside Ibrox.
But, in next to no time, Rangers have been silenced again because they have done what they do best and that’s dropping points on the road in the Premiership.
On Sunday, Rangers recorded a 3-3 draw at Hibernian, despite being 2-0 up and proved how much of a fluke that Celtic performance was.
In truth, Brendan Rodgers will probably be kicking himself even further because that Ibrox showing was something he has never seen from his side before.
At the time, he would have been angry and annoyed, just like the supporters, but ahead of Celtic’s home clash against St Mirren, you feel those emotions would have faded away because the Parkhead faithful will be laughing at Rangers’ latest showing.

Timing is everything in life and Celtic proved that with their subtle mocking of Rangers, moments after the Hibs game had concluded.
The club’s official Twitter account posted an image of Rodgers, with his thumbs up and with a big smile on his face.
Celtic added an open-mouthed smiling emoji and a thumbs-up alongside the image, with many in the comments section applauding the admin of the account for timing the tweet to perfection because everyone knows what they are hinting at.

Before Celtic can take to the field against St Mirren, they are now ten points ahead with a game in hand and pushing towards another title.
