Brendan Rodgers certainly has a lot to say about the Celtics fans this week.
The Celtic boss hogged the headlines after Rodgers criticised the Hoops fans after the win over St Mirren at Celtic Park last week.
Rodgers urged the Celtic support to stick by the team after they showed some frustration over the style of play as the Bhoys beat St Mirren at Parkhead.
The Northern Irishman also claimed some of the Celtic support were being disrespectful towards Greg Taylor as they sang Kieran Tierney’s name after intense speculation linked him with a January return to Paradise this month.
However, the Celtic boss drew a line under it all after the Dundee United win and to cap it all off, Rodgers has shared what he told his players about the travelling Hoops support before Celtic beat Ross County up at Dingwall.

Rodgers told STV News, “One thing I want to say is the commitment of the supporters.
“As I said to the guys before the game, there’s many reasons why we want to win the game.
“But I know a group of supporters that jumped on a boat at 3.30 this morning to travel across, to then drive a drive up to here that we drove on Friday. They were going to stand in the freezing cold and watch a game.
“I said, that is commitment, at the very bare minimum, we have to match that commitment. If we do, our quality and everything else will take us through the game.”

“It’s that resilience that the team have.,” Rodgers continues, “You have to work that way, and have the resilience, you’ll always find a way. The players did that exceptionally well. We were all feeling super cold, the pitch was really bumpy and lively, but we found a way.
“First half we could have been more than one up, should have been more than one up, and then they get pegged back with the penalty.
“But then the reaction was outstanding from there, that push to keep going, stay calm, and the guys coming into the game gave us a nice little change of energy.”
The win against Ross County puts Celtic 18 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership table of Rangers who face St Johnstone at Ibrox this afternoon.
The Bhoys’ next fixture is back at Parkhead against a Dundee side who will be buoyed at drawing with the Ibrox club midweek.
