Leicester City may have been knocked out of the FA Cup by Manchester United on Friday night but the Foxes still have several former players representing them in the competition.
Leicester’s 2-1 loss against Manchester United was marred by controversy as Harry Maguire’s late-headed goal should have been disallowed for offside.
With VAR not in place till the fifth round, Ruud van Nistelrooy’s men were punished by a terrible decision, leaving fans angered by Maguire’s goal.
The former Leicester centre-back enjoyed a successful two-year stint at the King Power Stadium from 2017 to 2019 before joining United in a world-record deal.
While the Englishman was celebrating a win against his former employers, another ex-Foxes youngster helped knock Liverpool out of the FA Cup on Sunday.

Leicester poached Callum Wright from Blackburn Rovers as a 17-year-old in January 2018. The winger signed a professional deal till 2021 and was seen as a future star.
Wright continued flourishing in the under-21s for Leicester, producing 15 goals and seven assists in 62 appearances for the youth side.
Sadly, he was never seen as good enough to appear in the Premier League under Brendan Rodgers and was instead loaned to Cheltenham Town in 2020/21 before being sold to Blackpool for an undisclosed fee in September 2022.
Wright only spent four months at the Seasiders before sealing a transfer to Plymouth Argyle in January 2023.
Since then, he’s established himself as a solid Championship player and on Sunday, he played a starring role in helping Plymouth record a famous 1-0 victory over Liverpool in the FA Cup.
The 24-year-old played 90 minutes in an attacking midfield role and held his own, admittedly against a weakened Liverpool side.

It was an all-round impressive performance from Argyle, who dug in deep to secure a memorable victory against a world-class side.
Wright’s display, in particular, embodied the passion and fight his side showed throughout, with a Ryan Hardie penalty proving to be the difference.
The Englishman got through an immense amount of defensive work, tracking back for his team and putting his body on the line while showing some calmness and quality on the ball.

Wright was denied a chance to demonstrate his skillset under Rodgers, never making a first-team appearance for Leicester, but it was fantastic to see him dominate the champions-elect.
