Celtic’s title party has been put on hold after another worrying performance in the Premiership.
On Sunday, Celtic were beaten by St Johnstone, with the champions-elect losing to the Premiership’s bottom-of-the-table club.
There are no excuses here, this was deserved, as some of the performances from Celtic post-the turn of the year, have been rather worrying and certain players need calling out.
Yes, Celtic might win the Treble, but in the long term, it’s going to be interesting to see what Rodgers does because he is learning a lot about his players now.

Perhaps that just goes to show the levels the Hoops have hit in recent times, if this is what everyone is critical about, as Chris Sutton shared his thoughts.
Chris Sutton questions Nicolas Kuhn’s drop-off as Celtic lose to St Johnstone
Sutton was at McDiarmid Park and he watched Celtic put in a timid display, as he made it clear on social media that his former side ‘still have work to do’.
But he also wanted to raise a point about the struggling Kuhn and what has happened to the player.
Sutton didn’t just highlight the negative, but was keen to throw a positive spin on it also and mention that 13-point lead.
“Well played St Johnstone, still scrapping at the bottom, but a huge 3 points gives them a bit of hope. Andy Fisher outstanding in goal,” wrote Sutton.
“For Celtic still work to do. Not sure what has happened to Nicolas Kuhn. Still 13 points clear at the top isn’t a bad position to be in…”
Kuhn’s stats for Celtic this season
It’s an interesting one with Kuhn because, when he first arrived, he struggled and needed six months to settle in.
Then, at the start of this current campaign, fans started to see the best of the player, and he was one of the first names on the teamsheet.
But, during the second half of the season, Kuhn has looked off-colour again, although his numbers still look strong, which perhaps doesn’t tell the whole story, as posted by transfermarkt.
