Speaking on Hotline Live (10 April), the journalist said: “It was an encouraging sign for the Rangers supporters that Cavenagh was there. It’s an indication that he’s determined to be part of this. And that’s the intention. If it’s not done by the end of this month, then I’d be quite surprised.
