Jordan Pickford was seen fuming as Everton beat Fulham 3-1 in the Premier League on Saturday.
David Moyes’ team travelled to Craven Cottage on 10 May, with Raul Jimenez and Vitalii Mykolenko scoring in the first half, with Michael Keane and Beto scoring in the second half.
Pickford captained the Toffees against Marco Silva’s team and made his voice heard whenever the Toffees made errors.
One incident in particular left the England goalkeeper seething at what he saw his teammates do.

The ex-Arsenal forward saw the Toffees’ shot-stopper angry at his teammates’ inability to close the ball down before the Fulham midfielder’s shot.
Groves feels the 31-year-old goalkeeper was aware that the Blues weren’t urgent enough to stop the Cottagers from having opportunities at goal.
Speaking on talkSPORT 2 (10 May, 15:35), the former attacker said: “It’s a really poor effort from Pereira. But I was just looking at Pickford. His head is nearly exploding.
“He knows there’s not enough urgency from Everton to go and close the ball down.
Moyes won’t be happy with defending v Fulham
Moyes handed Michael Keane a rare start, with the English defender’s current contract expiring at the end of the season.
The centre-back didn’t make much of a statement at Craven Cottage to be handed fresh terms and stay at the Merseyside outfit.
It wouldn’t be surprising to see the 32-year-old leave for free in the upcoming transfer window.
Everton have relied on Jarrad Branthwaite in defence in recent seasons, and the 22-year-old will undoubtedly be someone Moyes will want to build his team around at Bramley-Moore Dock.
James Tarkowski has been the other constant at centre-back for the Toffees, but it remains to be seen when the former Burnley star will return from his injury.
Jake O’Brien has mostly played at right-back since the Scottish manager’s return to Goodison Park, and his performance as a central defender against Ipswich Town in the 2-2 draw wasn’t encouraging.
Moyes has improved the Blues’ performances since replacing Sean Dyche, but he’ll expect more from his squad in the final stretch of the campaign.
