Frank McAvennie has suggested David Sullivan could look to sell both Lucas Paqueta and Mohammed Kudus to raise money at West Ham this summer if they do not qualify for European football.The former Hammer joked that he hoped Sullivan wouldn’t sell them before looking to sell the club, but confessed he could look to cash in on the duo to bring in “really good money.He also suggested the board could “shock” the fans as they have proven in the past to be unpredictable with exits for both star players mooted.McAvennie – speaking exclusively to West Ham Zone – explained that he would like to see them both remain at the London Stadium, but the money involved could tempt the club.“Yes, definitely [players are more likely to leave without European football]. The boys have got ambition,” said McAvennie.“I don’t know what kind of contract they’re on but I’m hoping Mr Sullivan isn’t going to sell at the end of the season and before he goes he sells Paqueta and Kudus.That wouldn’t do anybody any good. You never know what’s going on with the board over there, sometimes they shock you. If I were him I would think to sell Kudus and sell Paqueta and get really good money for them.“Man City wanted Paqueta, I don’t know what the deal would be. I could say whatever money and it would probably still be wrong.
