Danny Rohl hints players are set for Rangers transfer exit

Danny Rohl admits he expects players to leave Rangers in the coming weeks.

Tuur Rommens and Tochi Chukwuani are on their way to Glasgow to secure their respective transfers to the Ibrox club. The Scottish Premiership giants will spend a combined ยฃ7m on the deals for the left-back and defensive midfielder.

As is no secret though, the club will need to move players out too, with anywhere up to seven said to be headed for an exit this winter.

The likes of Lyall Cameron and Findlay Curtis will be allowed to leave on loan, while Danilo and Joe Rothwell, among others on the fringes of the first team, could depart permanently.

“I had some conversations with some players and I think also some players feel at the moment that it’s not easy to come into the squad or be part of a regular squad,” the German told the media. “And then we have to make clear decisions with them together. This is always important.

“Otherwise, you have more problems in the building. And this is also crucial for us.”
