Sean Dyche would be wise to replace Everton midfielder Tim Iroegbunam at half-time against Tottenham.
The Toffees made the worst possible start in North London on Saturday (24 August) with Yves Bissouma giving the hosts the lead inside the opening 15 minutes.
Things went from bad to worse for Dyche’s men when Jordan Pickford was caught on the ball by Son Heung-min. As a result, the forward was able to roll home into an empty net.
And if Dyche wants to avoid things getting any worse in the second half then he should seriously consider substituting Iroegbunam at half-time.

Spurs have been completely dominant in the middle of the park. Everton have struggled to get a foothold in midfield and a big reason for that is Iroegbunam’s underwhelming display.
The game has completely bypassed the 21-year-old, who has looked lost at times in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
As per Sofascore, the midfielder has made just nine touches and completed only 60 per cent of his passes.
In addition, he has completed zero per cent of his dribbles and lost all four of his ground duels, while also committing three fouls.
Therefore, if Dyche and Everton have any chance of getting back into the match against Spurs, then Iroegbunam needs to be sacrificed and a more experienced midfielder needs to be introduced.
