Daniel Farke would hope that his players forget this performance as soon as possible. However, a glaring weakness in his team came to the fore again as Arsenal hammered the Whites.

Signing a new goalkeeper is not a priority at Leeds for the moment as they push to bring in a new striker, but Farke stressed that the board is aware of what he actually wants.
The Leeds manager indicated that he would like to sign a new goalkeeper to solve a glaring problem in his team that could hold them back this season.
“Our board knows exactly my feelings [on] what I think we should do during this window, but, as I mentioned several times, I won’t speak publicly too much about my opinions because it makes the market just more difficult”, said Farke in his post-match press conference when asked about signing a new goalkeeper.
“Sadly, I can’t answer the question honestly. So, of course, we’re always looking to improve the squad and to bring quality players in, especially in positions where we are perhaps a bit weaker.
“That’s for sure, but I don’t want to speak too much about this because I concentrate on the players I have available and try to be there with the best possible decisions.”
Leeds need a new goalkeeper Leeds have looked strong and resilient in the Premier League this season, but goalkeeping has been a huge problem throughout the campaign.Perri has not looked good enough to become their long-term number one, and Darlow, while being steady, is not consistent enough to play regularly.
Illan Meslier has not played a minute of football this season, and the club have been trying to offload him since the summer transfer window.
Leeds are pushing to sign a striker, but it is becoming increasingly clear that they need a new goalkeeper before the end of the window on Monday.
However, it seems uncertain that they will find that level of goalkeeper in time, and Farke may have to continue gambling on one of the most important positions of the team for the rest of the season.
