Former Hoops striker Brian McClair was pictured at Zico Glasgow’s stall at the popular east end market on Sunday, January 5, where appeared to be in good spirits.
A Celtic “legend” who played 199 games and netted 121 goals, including 99 league goals, for the Glasgow side was spotted enjoying a day out at the Barras Market.

The football guru posed for a picture with a member of staff while holding a green and yellow football jersey.
Lanarkshire-born Brian, 61, signed for the Hoops back in 1983 after a stint at Motherwell. During his career with Celtic, the striker made his mark before leaving for Manchester United four seasons later.
Not only did he just miss out on playing 200 games, he also narrowly missed out on 100 league goals by hitting the 99 mark.
In 1987, he signed for Man United for a transfer fee of £850,000 and, in his first season, he scored 24 league goals for the English side.
Sharing a photo of Brian’s visit to the stall at the market, the store said: “Great fun catching up with former Celtic and Manchester United legend Brian McClair again at The Barras.
