Cameron Archer looks set to become the transfer story of the day at Rangers.
Rangers are ready to sign Archer on loan, but the deal is currently rated as 50/50 with plenty of movement expected at St Mary’s.
Adam Armstrong is set to join Wolves on deadline day, which could complicate another striker exit from the Championship side.
Archer does want to make the move to Ibrox, with most of the details already in place to make it happen.

Of course, the Hansa Rostock man is their main star, with Archer on the periphery at St Mary’s, so the latter is likely desperate for a chance at more football.
