Scottish Professional Football League has introduced strict new sanctions aimed at governing on-field conduct after goal celebrations following Rangers’ recent win over Kilmarnock.Rangers produced a commanding 3-0 victory at Rugby Park in the Scottish Premiership, with Bojan Miovski scoring twice and Mikey Moore adding a third.
